Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially on weekends. You can book online through our booking page or call your nearest location directly.

How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Can I book for multiple services in one visit?

Absolutely! Many of our clients combine services like threading, waxing, and facials in a single visit. When booking, simply select all the services you'd like and we'll schedule them back to back.

What is eyebrow threading?

Threading is an ancient South Asian hair removal technique that uses a twisted cotton thread to remove hair from the follicle. It's precise, gentle on the skin, and ideal for shaping eyebrows and removing facial hair.

Does threading hurt?

Most clients experience mild discomfort, especially on their first visit. The sensation is often described as a quick pinching feeling. It typically becomes less noticeable with regular visits as the hair follicles weaken over time.

How long does threading last?

Threading results typically last 3–6 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular threading can slow regrowth over time, making each visit easier and longer-lasting.

Can I get threading if I use Retin-A or similar products?

If you use Retin-A, Accutane, or other exfoliating skin treatments, please let your specialist know before your appointment. These products can make skin more sensitive and may affect the service.

What types of waxing do you offer?

We offer a full range of waxing services including eyebrow, upper lip, chin, full face, underarm, arms, legs, and bikini waxing. Ask your specialist about the best option for your needs.

How long should my hair be before waxing?

For best results, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). If you've been shaving, we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks before your waxing appointment.

Do you offer facials?

Yes! We offer a range of facial treatments including deep cleansing facials, brightening treatments, and Ayurvedic-inspired skin therapies. Our specialists will recommend the best treatment for your skin type.

Where are your locations?

We have three locations in New York City: Astoria at 3061 Steinway St (Queens), Midtown East at 1055 2nd Ave, and Kips Bay at 425 2nd Ave. All locations are easily accessible by subway.

All three locations are open Monday through Saturday 10am–8pm and Sunday 11am–6pm. Hours may vary on public holidays — we recommend calling ahead on holiday weekends.

Street parking is available near all locations. Our Astoria location on Steinway St has the most convenient parking options. For Midtown East and Kips Bay, we recommend using public transit or nearby parking garages.
